The family’s favourite funnyman (and occasional disco dancer) is on tour across the UK with his brand new stand-up show The Disco Years – catch him at The Stand for some Sunday night giggles. Charged by Patrick’s memories and reminiscences of being an immigrant to the UK from Iran, this is a laugh out loud show that is both thoughtful and smart as well as brilliantly silly.

Not to be confused with American pop band Train‘s lead singer, Patrick Monohan is officially the UK’s hardworking comedian, racking up 104 gigs around the UK during 2015. The half-Irish, half-Iranian set the world record for the longest hug at 25 hours and 25 minutes in 2013 and is a regular at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Not one to miss!
