The Brighton Dome is set to host another groundbreaking audio-visual piece this month with Flit; a meditation on the theme of migration developed with some of today’s most influential musicians. With a lineup including Martin Green of Lau, Adrian Utley of Portishead, Dominic Aitchison of Mogwai, and Becky Unthank of The Unthanks; the musical pedigree of the piece could not look more promising.

Now touring the UK after a fantastic reception at the Edinburgh International Festival, Flit is a collaboration between visionary composer Martin Green and BAFTA award-winning animators whiterobot (Will Anderson and Ainslie Henderson) who have come together for an extraordinarily intimate live show. Combining a darkly atmospheric, haunting soudscape with breathtaking non-stop animation, the production is fronted by the unique voices of Becky Unthank  and Adam Holmes.

Flit takes place at the Brighton Dome’s Concert Hall on Sunday 30th October from 8pm. Tickets range from £16.50 to £21.50 – for more information or to book, click here.
